RANDY SAMUELS
President
Randy Samuels, a proud 25-year veteran of the United States Army, is a dedicated leader and mentor with a passion for service and community engagement. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Randy has devoted his life to discipline, leadership, and the empowerment of others.
During his military career, Randy continued his commitment to service by working in roles that allow him to support and guide others—especially youth and aspiring leaders. He is a respected mentor in leadership development programs and has been actively involved in initiatives that promote education, personal growth, and civic responsibility.
Throughout his career, Randy has received numerous accolades for his dedication and impact, including recognition for his mentorship, leadership, and commitment to excellence. He is a proud life member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. and he currently serves in roles that allow him to continue giving back to the community.
When he’s not serving others, Randy enjoys spending quality time with his loving wife, Demishia Samuels, and their family. His personal interests include travel, music, and enjoying sports—particularly rooting for his beloved NY Yankees. Randy also has a creative side, with aspirations of becoming an public speaker and sharing his story to inspire others.
MITCHELL BURLEY
Vice President
For Over 15 years, Mitchell Burley has worked in the Justice System in the area of Juvenile Justice. While working in the field, he has seen the first hand effects of education on the empowerment of those who can obtain it. Its this dedication that has lead him to advocate, for the young men to obtain a chance to succeed in life through a quality education.
COREY SAPP
Secretary & Education Committee Chair
Corey Sapp is an assistant principal in the DeKalb County School District and is involved with various committees to encourage and enhance young people to excel socially and academically. He strives for greatness leading his life by the motto, “Chasing Perfection, Achieving Excellence...because we are all Excellent by Choice and not by Chance”. Corey's future goals are to obtain a doctorate in School Improvement with a concentration in Educational Leadership. Corey is climbing the educational ladder of success so that his impact on student achievement and growth is greater.

With us since our founding, Alexis Lee is one of our veteran team members. Alexis brings years of experience and skills to the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed financially.
